I got a little Peeved about some recent litigation Paul Allen has launched at some of the big industry players.  Its not at who he is suing, I could care less if Zuckerberg loses a few Million.  But there are hundreds patent infringement cases floating around directly related to 3D gaming, rendering, and other areas directly influencing products we (everyone here) are trying to create.

Wow... that is by far the lamest thing I've ever heard (seen)... patents should be only used for Physical Items. not Virtual Code, or general ideas. If i read that right (and fully understood it) . its basically the same thing if Lamborghini or Ferrari was sued for making a Supercar.

jeez patents and copyright garbage is getting... to be irritating

But, I'll continue to make games, regardless...
