This might be a stupid idea/question but here goes:

If I would like to have a character follow me could I attach a pathpoint to myself and me the character follow me?

There are some command of character following and stopping close by, not on the pathpoint etc.

Is there an easier or better scripted version? In old BV there where character who followed you.

I am thinking that a character follows me and stops close to me when I stop. When I walk away he resumes to go the pathpoint.

One of the way to do that is to attach a dummy to the player (1m behind him for example).
When you want your npc follows the player, the npc use the dummy has a destination point. when he reach the dummy, he stops.

Right now i can't give you any code, but it may be not so difficult to implement that, you just need to set a destination point to your NPC.

I have some code from the vibe course where a NPC can stop when it reaches a point etc. I was just wondering if it can be attached to player and it will follow etc Smiley

Thanks for info
