it's missing the texture? maybe you don't have it at same place as the fx file?

Take whatever texture you used and put it into the FX directory of your project folder. Make sure it's the same folder that the rest of your project is under and not being "stolen" from another project or location. While it often works ok in the editor, testing in-game and actual exporting will cause an external image file to not be included.

If you chose a texture and it's local and that's the result, then that texture is corrupt...possibly simply the wrong format. Try to stick with .PSD. GC will export a special format for all textures on export anyway. .PSD is tested in all situations and works flawlessly even with layers.
