i seem to have a weird windows bug that with all games i run in fullscreen lags a bit while not having fullscreen but resizing the window to max manually so you can still see the windows taskbar makes it run smooth. this happens for gc editor also. i can't seem to press maximize button because fps drops fast then

well as for the helicopter it works fantasticly, only thing you have to do now is make it so after you bank or gor forward/back it eventually will go back to level on its own, as it would make it easier to control. but great work anyway since its way beyond my coding skill.

In the new RC1 you can go full screen (not maximized) in the editor (and exported games) by pressing alt-enter, similar to many modern games.  This way you can test your games in 'proper' full screen mode.  This should get around the stupid windows vista / 7 slowdowns with maximized directx windows...

That alt-enter trick is fabulous.
Was kind of hoping windows would straighten that nonsense out with 7, but they didn't...even so, head and shoulders above Vista....

I'm currently trying to get a flying saucer up and whizzing about, and am basing it off of Big Daz's helicopter script idea, which is based off the push ball.....my first real effort to modify a script.
If I can get it working, It'll be out there for everyone to use as well....

Here is also an old document based on a thread from old BV

It's a "jetpack" script but might be useful
