Am I missing something, or is the .lay / script for the launcher not being exposed to us for editing?

I've found the graphics and can change those, but I want to change the layout and possibly remove some of the available options.

I'm actually not so sure about the launcher.

Yeah, I was gonna say (read this before you edited) editing the in-game menus is pretty simple to figure out.  For example, in my Mini Golf game I have that color chooser for the ball - also remember the Profile name to display it in-game.

I found a launcher.lay inside the Multiplayer example, but when I put it in my GUI folder and edited it, it didn't change a thing for the actual launcher.  I'm guessing the real file(s) are embedded in the gamecore.exe.  GDGI should really expose this so we can create custom launchers.  Suppose you don't want to support a particular resolution, or you want to add in new/different options?

Yeah, lol, sorry about that Ransom. I completely lost mental track of the term launcher after I read menu.lay. But hey, at least it shows that I went and tried and checked and thought about it deeper. I try to do that for everybody, even the cup tutorial that I'm currently stuck on, I AM trying to get to that, but priorities are smacking me around a bit.

You can change the graphic background of the launcher by editing the launcher.jpg file in the media/launcher directory.

You can adjust the images in the launcher, but not the positioning of things - it doesn't use the standard GUI system, but a custom 2d interface management system that doesn't require a 3d window, hence will work on any video card without any kind of 3d settings at all.  This is by design and is to be used as a 'worst case scenario' renderer just in case.
