After downloading and installing the CG1 RC2,
i still can not move the player character (when i run the game from the world editor)
and worst of all is that i have to close the started game with ALT+F4, the exit button dont work. Huh

The ally characters are moving nicely inside the game, why the player character is stuck?
The gravity is checked , but did not affect the player.

you should change the controller. Attach an "RC2 controller" (network_character.gsl) to your player.

I've got an question, do your shadow maps work? Because mine don't.

the shadow map that you add in the world editor, or the custom occlusion maps that can be created for the models?

you have to check 'cast shadows' and also 'recieve shadows' for any objects that you want to, umm, cast or recieve shadows.

If you are using any scripts from the old RC1 release candidate you will need to update your controller settings to point to the new / updated scripts.  You can do this by selecting the object, going to the 'controller' tab on the properties panel and selecting the appropriate script from the default library.  Checking 'reset controller settings' will also reset the controllersetting values to their defaults, but this might not be desirable depending on how much you have customized them.
