Hey!

I'm a former BV user and I just downloaded Gamecore, but I'm having a problem with the fps multiplayer template. When I tried loading the default world, it showed the error "Error(s) in shader file F:/fps TEST/media/objects/surfaces/water_pixel.cg: [Defines: vs_1_1,vs_2_0,ps_1_1,ps_1_2,ps_1_3,ps_1_4,ps_2_0]

error X5608: Compiled shader code uses too many arithmetic instruction slots (67).
Max. allowed by the target (ps_2_0) is 64.
> line 91: outColour.xyz += (fogColour.xyz-outColour.xyz)* clamp( fogAmount,0,1);"

Thanks!!

Surface 'dry-ground2.jpg' not found in model - H:/GameCore 2.0 Beta 1/FPS 01/media/objects/Terrain/Basic Terrain.opr
Surface 'cracked-rock-algae-new.jpg' not found in model - H:/GameCore 2.0 Beta 1/FPS 01/media/objects/Terrain/Basic Terrain.opr

apparently the shader is too complicated for your video card.   Since it's just a basic template, we'll do a modified version of the default map that the FPS multiplayer template uses to avoid this for future builds.

The default water shader does a realtime reflection of the environment / terrain - there is an alternate version that uses an environment map as well - this one will work for the lower-end video cards - should probably use that as the default for the template and people can apply the other one if they so choose.
