Can I have functions inside of GameCore structs?
If so, how?s the syntax?

Other question:
can we also create classes in GameCore?

Look under the Docs -

Under Reference Scripting API section, Functions & classes are briefly outlined there.
I haven't gone over that much yet- as I'm a horribly inept programmer, but they're there.

Currently the scripting system doesn't support functions inside of struct's.  We do have plans to update it but it won't be until after the 'version 2.0' release probably.

Newer versions of AngelScript do support full classes (with methods etc), but they have changed a LOT of the internals of angelscript which will require a pretty major update - everything down to how script functions are registered with the library is different now, so it's a bit of a pain to do the update.  With that said, it will happen in the near future, but will take a bit of reworking to update the 1000 or so script functions with the new way that it does things.
